Hey guys,
our big weekend is just a little more than one week away, cant wait to welcome all you guys in Bremen.
Sadly I have to make a change in the Evening Programm.
In fact that we have only 24 people how signed in for the Catering Dinner on Saturday Night, it is not possible to get the offered food for the price of 19,90 €. That price would be much higher if we still want the catering, so that I decided to switch to plan B.
Instead I made a reservation for all of us in the SCHLACHTHOFKNEIPE http://schlachthofkneipe.de/
This bar and restaurant is in the same building as our tournament and event rooms. Only a few steps and we are there. There we can order a la carte. They have very good food to fair prices. And after our Dinner we can go back to our event room and move on with karaoke and other great stuff.
The only thing you have to do, is to let me now on Friday the 01.11.19 if you want to take part and what do you like to eat, because I have to give them the number of people and the food order. Thats because we are maybe up to nearly 40 and so they can prepare our food and we will get our food just in time. It makes it a lot easier for the kitchen.
But I will come to this point when we have our welcome and drawing ceremony.
So hope that is okay for all of you.
