Here is the approximately timetabele / schedule.
Friday 01.11.2019
12 pm: the tournament room opens for preparations
19 pm: big welcome and drawing ceremony of the preliminary round groups
till 21 am: play friendlys and have fun
21 pm: Dinner and Partytime at the "Bayernzelt" at the "Freimarkt Bremen"

Therefor we have made a reservation for 40 people. So up to 40 people can come with us and we have 40 voucher (25,-€). This voucher is your entrance ticket and you can order food and dricks for 25 €. So even if we are not 40, we can spend all the vouchers for famous german beers and foods. I am sure some of us need more than one

19 pm: Catering Dinner and Entertainment in the KOA Room (Karaoke/Fun Tournament a.s.o)
Catering Dinner:
I ordered the following all you can eat catering dinner. The price will be 19,50 €
beef roulade (Rinderroulade)
veal cutlet with mushrooms and peppers (Jägerchnitzel)
sliced turkey (Putengeschnetzeltes)
potato gratin
vegetable rice
mixed vegetables
chocolate pudding
If you have special whishes I can try to adjust the menu.

10 am: the tournament room opens
11 am: final round starts
19 pm: victory ceremony and final Dinner

We will go to a nearby cocktail bar and restaurant (2 min walk) and eat a la cart.
The hole weekend: (Ice cold Drinks)
we will have Water, Softdrinks, Beer and Jägermeister (a Jägermeister Machine -18 degree shot) for nearly self cost prices. I expect everthing cost 1€.
So if you want hard stuff, you have to bring it by your own, but within a 5 min walking distance there are 2 supermarkets.
So now the important thing!!!
You all have to let me know in which of the 3 evening activities you take part, because I need exact numbers at least for the Catering Menu.
Please let me know as soon as possible what you want, but not later than the 27.10.2019.
