No, that is the right speed. I forgot about the T5500 which is rather rare I think.

I only had alternatives for the common GFX card series.
I voted the first option: worse than the other cards.
It's an integrated card that doesn't have 3D shaders and effects.
I can run Oblivion by using OldBlivion, but the water effects are disabled and FPS is really low. But I think it could be just enough for TI 0.8
