THE VENUE:
The venue is NOT at the hotel. There is a 6 minute train-ride from the hotel to the venue. The hotel is at a train-station, and the venue is a 3 minute walk from the other train-station. The trains go every 12 minutes.
I've chosen this option to keep the costs down, as it would cost each contender around € 200 to attend the WC with the hotel and the venue in the same building (this is in Copenhagen, remember that...). Doing it this way, we get the venue for close to nothing.

It's about 150 m2, and it has a kitchen at about 20m2. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with big fridges. In the same building, there's a Lidl. I'm gonna check some local restaurants as we get closer in time.
