Hi there, long time since my last post here. I'm sorry.
Talking with local kickoffer we are thinking to come back in action. We are just testing the waters but we are thinking a week end of mid October. This could be a good occasion to get in touch again.
If any of you could be interested, please let me know. Of course we all know that the situation is still uncertain so I don't expect any foreigner friend to join us but if the situation will be good and if there will be the possibility for a last minute call, you know you are definitely welcome.
As soon as we decide something, I will let you know.

Hello there, I'm glad to inform you that the 16th Italian Championship is planned for 16th October 2021 in Milan.
Because to rent a public place is a bit tricky and not cheap these days, we will organise the tournament in a private place, precisely at Alessandro's company. we have plenty of room there and we can set up a proper number of amiga stations, according with attendance, having the usual IQSF (international quality SWIFT facilities) certified :) and maybe a special table for an amiga station :D
Along with the tournament we will set up 2 or 3 real arcade cabinets ad we will play a tournament at NEO GEO's game NEO TURF MASTERS. it is known this game is loved from many kick off players, specially Italians :)

Coming back on the subject, the tournament will have the usual format we used so far so a league in which every player will face every participant of the tournament 1X.

Would it be better to have no World Cup for the 2nd year in a row, or might it be worth thinking about designating these putative Italian Championships as the official 2021 World Cup, even though probably only mostly Italians will be able to attend? I'm not advocating one way or the other, just throwing it out there as a discussion grenade.
