oh yes, penn is one tricky b***tard. sometimes he is chilling, but too often shoeing red cards. after zappa and screcch, he is the refree that shows more red cards than others.

Yesterday Dirk an I had a strange situation during one of our famous lunch break games. With S.Screech as referee Dirk committed 2 consecutive fouls with Cox without being sent off. I had already often seen that it is possible to foul a few times with several different players before Screech shows red but I never managed to foul twice with the same player without getting punished. What's the chance of this to happen? I think it's quite sensational. I might to add that Dirk basically feels disadvantaged in every game (only his players fall down, only his players receive cards, only his players are not able to shoot properly, only his players get injured, only his Fisher makes terrible mistakes all the time) and of course he does not change his mind after this incidence .

Seems like there should be a 42.9% chance Cox will not be sent off here?

I've reconsidered the way we do these statistics, and have concluded with there being a 50/50. Either you get sent off or you don't.

i had 3 fouls with one player go unpunished a couple of times with Screech... very rare though... mick and i always had him as ref, needless to say, not many games finished with 2 full teams

Thought he was stricter than he is. You’re actually “unlucky” if you get sent off on the first foul.
