Skills of Players in KO2

Hi, me and 2 friends have just started to start our old kO2 sessions in Stuttgart again after a 15y break. I have read about a list where you can see the skill of every single player. Do anybody know where to get this list ? Do you think it is important to know about the siklls of a single player (for subs etc...) ? cu, Geo.
