Slightly confused as to what the controls are, is there a manual of some sort?
If not is this a 1 or 2 button game? thanks

It is explained in the tutorial, it's a 2 button game.
attack:
button 1: shot
button 2 (tap): pass
button 2 (hold): high pass
defense:
button 1: slide tackle
button 2: force player switch
