replays
the ability to watch cpu v cpu matches
bigger leagues
manager sackings and job offers
european competitions
career stats for each player like, previous clubs, goals, injuries, internationals
transfer windows
younger starting age for your player manager
an option to just be a player starting at age 18 and as you age and improve other clubs vie for your signature and then when you get to about 27-28 you can become player manager.

cant think of any more at the moment, but one thing I always liked about PM as opposed to other manager games is the use of unknown player names, in other games we all know Giggs for example is a good player and all the players we know are good usually are, but in PM there are no known players so we have no preconceptions of their ability.

Marty McFly ... you have the Player Manager Boards full backing on this!!!
I'm with you 100% on your proposal, similar to mine... and better!

Can't really say for sure as I haven't studed the code yet, but I believe these to be the easier features to add:

replays
the ability to watch cpu v cpu matches
career stats for each player like, previous clubs, goals, injuries, internationals
younger starting age for your player manager

If you could implement these features with KO2 engine that would be brilliant.

Hello.
Why don't insert the possibility to make an offer to other teams to buy players?

What are the next steps for the improvement of PM? :)

Thanks for the welcome. 8)
Well, first let me practice again after so many years of absence from KO (i discovered just a couple of months ago the fantastic WinUAE :D ) with PM and KO2.Then i can make an attempt to compete in a tournament.
For now i started again playing with PM,using a Competition PRO USB Joystick but it doesn't satisfies me.I will try to use my old Amiga joystick, using an adapter for PC....

Well, if you are from The Netherlands, you could compete in the Dutch Open:

Just post in that thread to let the organizers know you are interested.

Would it be possible to create a 2 player career?
