Hi all,
this is brilliant news.
I hope to attend - it depends partly upon a covid vaccination booster but I've had some optimistic news there.
The other issue is that on the Sunday I would have to leave Athens International Airport at 9:15pm, so I'm not sure when I'll have to leave the hotel to make that flight, but I guess around 6pm, which probably means I'll miss the semi-finals and finals. That's not a big problem because I won't be in them, but do you think all the other games will be finished by then?

Hi Ian, I'm glad to hear that you are considering it! A taxi from the hotel should take you to the airport in about 35-40 minutes. I believe it would be fine if you left at around 19:00. We definitely hope to have finished all games but the semis by then.

Yes, Standard Room, thanks for the booking code. First time in Greece so I might get the M3 to Monastiraki to have a look at the Temple of Hephaestos before a walk to the hotel for check in.

Ok I'm in too.. flight and hotel booked and registered on the site! Thanks for the code too Alkis (and for organising!). Bit nervous about travelling! I've managed to turn in to a total Englander over the last few years and haven't left Blightly in ages.

I didn't put down for the evening meals yet as I wasn't sure about timings.. especially the Friday. Flight gets in to Athens 19.15. Should be leaving on Monday 14.10 flight. Looking forward to it!
