19th KO2 WORLD CUP: The Seeding Groups
32 confirmed players so far.
Principles used are:
-Performance in previous World Cups
-Performance in other tournaments
-Recent form and practice level
-Where two players must be separated, head-to-head record
-Personal opinions / quality assessment
-Ranking points.
There will be 4 groups on Day One , we will draw from 8 groups of 4 people each one. If there will be dropouts/new registrations for the world cup, players will be arranged following the rules above.
The aim of this process is just to come up with four balanced groups .

Group 2
Christopher D (Norway), Lee W (England), Oliver St (Georgia), Steve C (England)
Group 3

Re: 19th KO2 WORLD CUP: The Seeding Groups
I am really sorry not to see the Greeks at the WC....what a loss!
What about the English? Will they play in the Kick off tournament or rather watch the Rugby World Cup Final on telly on Saturday and forfeit their games?
Let me know!
Cheers

Kick Off 2 is first priority - but if there is also a TV nearby showing the Rugby Union that would be nice

The KO2WC always. As simple as that. No year without it.

Re: 19th KO2 WORLD CUP: The Seeding Groups
I do think we did a very good job also this year. in all the levels of the seeding.
For the second year straight all the 4 players of the first seed reached the semi finals and this year the finals were swapped.
It's the first world cup finals without Italians since 2013 and the 4th overall in 19 years of KOA history.
As far as I remember it's been one of the most narrow and undecided semifinals and finals ever. Very entertaining for who was watching and who was playing.
