Can't make either day. 14th - sister's 40th & niece's 2nd birthdays. 15th - son's end of season footy tournament.
Sorry. You'll have to find another whipping boy this year.

Probably my fault too. Didn't realise there was an actual rule against making it bigger, no-one complained at the time, or in last year's UK Champs.
I always played on PM with scanner on max and my large scanner habit has just been carried over. If I didn't ask if it was ok in every match I must ...

Cheers for the invite and hosting again Gaz. Great fun despite getting beat in all 14 games. I say it every time that I will practice before the next one to ease my humiliation but I may have to invest in another joystick to make it worthwhile.
Well done to Jon & Steve for winning the tournies, and ...

Barring any baby disasters I am now 100%. No chance of any new KOAers as the night out in Birmingham that was in the offing seems to have died a death. Probably just as well as am surviving on 4-5 hours sleep a night at the mo.
Regarding KO2 versions - it makes no difference to me. I'm shit, and I ...

Btw I love the managerial aspect of this game so much I am not in the slightest bothered about not having a competition pro hooked up to the pc - I used to do whole seasons just as the manager, that's how much I love this game
Me too. Haven't had a pc compatible joystick until very recently, been ...

Cheers to Gaz & Evil for all the great organisation, and thanks to everyone else for beating me so graciously (especially Robert who gave me advice, tips and hints all the way through the 9-0. it really was a KO2 lesson)
Steve E & Si. One of these days, lads, one of these days. If we could play PM ...

Hi Charlie
I think I posted half of those questions in my first post too
You can get yourself a USB Amiga style joystick for about £25 inc p+p from Germany. Mine arrived a couple of weeks ago, but haven't tried it out yet. There is a good thread somewhere with links, just need to search (sorry I ...

Big thanks to Gaz for organising and inviting me, and putting up with the awkwardness of someone on crutches, and well done to Si for the win.
I won't go into the details of how I got beat in practically every match other than to say that I fell I held my own in a couple and only the difference in ...
