It is possible to play Kick Off 2 on any modern PC. There is a PC program (WinUAE) that emulates the Amiga. The result is 99% close to how it is to play on a real Amiga. It is also possible to play KO2 ...

I doubt Dino would have any interest in bringing classic KO2 to modern consoles especially after revival is already available. I also doubt there's much of a potential audience out there for it anyway.
