reach Rickmansworth you will need to take the METROPOLITAN line from
Baker Street station.
Please note that
only AMERSHAM and CHESHAM trains stop at
Rickmansworth. These run approximately every 15-20 minutes and the
journey takes about 40 minutes. Please check the Transport for

You can catch a train
to Rickmansworth from MARYLEBONE station at certain times of the
day. The journey takes around 20 minutes. Trains from Marylebone do
not stop at Rickmansworth during rush hour, so please check the
timetable before planning your route:

There is a regular bus service that runs hourly from
Heathrow to Rickmansworth.

recently replaced by bus X26)

You can catch the bus at HEATHROW CENTRAL BUS
STATION. Get off at RICKMANSWORTH STATION. The journey takes between
30 to 45 minutes depending on the time of day. The long Island hotel
is just opposite the train station, via an underpass.

The Heathrow Express is a
non-stop train service that offers the fastest travel option between
Heathrow Airport and central London. Services run every 15 minutes
and the journey time is just 15 minutes; 7/8 minutes more to and
from Terminal 4.
A
standard single fare is £14.50 and a standard return is £27. For

From Paddington you can
catch trains to the west and south west of England. Paddington is
located on the District, Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith &
City lines of the London Underground network.
Once
in Central London, use the Metropolitan line to reach Rickmansworth

from central London (London Liverpool Street), with trains departing
