KOANET Monthly Report

Postby durban » Tue Oct 28, 2003 2:00 pm

I have decided to report monthly to track the progress of the KOANET site.

Might make some interesting reading.

October 2003

A very very busy month in the KOANET.
It seems as if the site has finally kicked off properly at last with many matches taking place each day.

September saw a demise in the site, a total of about 8 matches played but hardly any activity and not many new members, but all of a sudden the rebirth occured.

Current stats.

Total Active League Players : 14

Current Top Player : Fillipo (Played 152, 80 wins)

Average Games played
: Approx 5 per day

Total Members : 66

All looking good.

Nice work :)

Really enjoyed the games played so far. No siginificant lag issues to report. Most games played at KO speed or thereabouts apart from the odd, rare glitch. had a slow first half vs Stainy last night and then it suddenly went back up to full speed which was nice. All very cordial stuff. Games played in the right spirit. In game chat feature really adds to the fun, although I could do with typing lessons as my spelling must seem like that of a three year old ffs

Oh and a final point, may I suggest listing the league's Top Three rather than just top place?

I will be adding the 'top 3' to the front page pee, by which time you will have settled down into a mid table obscurity placing...

As for the Lag, that is completely down to the Kailerra system last night as they have been having severe server problems and are upgrading so basically last night the best pings were around 50 (apart from Pete who kept getting 20's and a 0 when we played on his server!)

Oh and the M stands for Mark!
