OpenKickOff project not dead!

Postby alkis21 » Fri May 30, 2003 10:32 pm

A year and a half later the project seems to come back to life!
This was written a couple of days ago in the news page:

---
You know (or noticed) that OpenKickOff project has been frozen for a while. Gunes Birmec, from Turkey, is back and will take the lead on the project with Herve Foucher\'s help. The CVS will soon be updated.
---

Here's hoping that it will be done someday..

Basically the guys should contact Dino Dini and ask for his help. Dino wrote a customized JVM that games can take advantage of it comparing to the more heavy MS JVM and Sun JRE. I am sure that this game can benefit a lot from Dino's JVM. If they explain to him what they are trying to do, they may get help for sure...
