PM2 is slow

I'm using WinUAE 0.8.22 but the game goes to slow, for example: i go to a room, it always takes about 5 seconds to load.

And when i'm using an older version from WinUAE it works perfect except then my joystick wont work.

Well WinUAE never managed perfect AGA emulation. I think PM2 has an ECS version, maybe you should try this one instead.
