Added my brother, Mark. Can't remember his username, but everyone at Hemel, last year, will remember him.

Hi John, sorry not to reply to you personal message earlier.

I am very keen to help you with equipment/organisation in Manchester. I think it's a good venue for so many reasons - easily accessible and with good facilities for food and drink. Plus it's an airport city. We might get some serious international support for this, especially from Ireland which is 60 minutes away by Ryanair. So, let's get this show on the road!

Have we got ideas for a date yet? Typically, the UK Championship is exactly 6 months before/after World Cups, so we tend to go for the second weekend in May.

Does the weekend 13/14th May work for you? If we are going to get people to commit now the date needs to be locked down ASAP.

13th/14th May sounds good.

We're only 3 months away, I agree with Rob, the sooner the date is fixed the better, especially for overseas players like Chris who need to book flights.

Shit, can't believe I forgot that!

Let's all confirm which weekends in May we can do.

Edit:
Just re-read the thread and I see some people can't do 13/14 or 20/21, so how about the first weekend of May 6/7?

I can do any weekend in May. We do, however need to decide fairly quickly, as has been said earlier. We could also do with some provisional figures, to help with finding a suitable venue.
