The Kick Off House crew is glad to confirm that the 2016 World Cup will be held in Milan on 12th and 13th November at the Antares Hotel Concorde.
This post resume all the main informations about the world cup week end but specific threads will be opened to keep track about room booking and, hardware and so on.
We are confident that the KOA will have another one memorable week end all together, an exciting world cup tournament to live and many other tales to tell!
LOCATION
Milan is the business capital and beating heart of Italy, it offers everything you can figure out. so a lot of things to do here. Besides the two world cup days, I suggest you to take spend some more days here.
The venue is the four stars Antares Hotel Concorde. It is located only 3 subway stops from the start of Corso Buenos Aires, one of the longest shopping streets in Europe. The Central Railway Station - Stazione Centrale, hosting also the Airport City Terminal, is only 2 km away and, moreover, the KOA hotel is also accessible from the highways and airports and is only a few stops away on the underground to piazza Duomo.
We will be using the Hotel's main conference room: Diamante, a 270 sqm conference room with wifi, projector, and microphone facilities. The KOA will have access for the whole night for those who want no stop kick off 24 hours a day. There is a bar and restaurant a few footsteps away from the conference room open till 1 A.M.
For those who travel by car, carparking is free for the weekend. Based on the latest number of players attendance, we expect the tournament fee should be less than €50 each player.

We have reserved rooms at Antares Hotel Concorde (aka the KOA Hotel) with the following fares:
Fare 1:
Single room: Euro 64.00
Double / twin room: Euro 68.00 (34€ each person per night)
Triple room: Euro 96.00 (32€ each person per night)
Cost is per night including breakfast and wifi.
This fare is not refundable in case of cancellation.
After 31/10/2016 IS not possibile to agree this fare.
Fare 2
Single room: Euro 71.00
Double / twin room: 76.00 (38€ each person per night)
Triple room: Euro 107.00 triple room (35€ each person per night)
Cost is per night including breakfast and wifi.
This fare is refundable if cancellation is communicated 24 hours before (presumed) check in.

The biggest one. Every low cost company has got a slot here. Buses every 20 minutes allow you to get Milan Central Station in 50 minutes.

On the route of many low cost company, Buses every 20 minutes to get Milan Central station in 50 minutes.
