1) Take the National Express coach 787 towards Heathrow Airport (T5) 25 min (non-stop) to Hemel Hempstead. (25 minutes non-stop).

2) Walk 1 minute to the bus stop

3) Take the Bus: Marlowes (Stop 14) 500 towards Watford. (10 minutes, 8 stops).

4) From Apsley Railway Station (Stop B) walk for 1 minute to Holiday Inn Express Hemel Hempstead.

I think this info is correct, someone please correct me if I'm wrong!

Andy and Ely, thanks for offering equipment already! I will start an equipment thread soon. I think we will need at least six good, functional Amiga stations for this one. By that I mean not ones that people are avoiding due to dodgy screens, no sound, or the other things that cursed a lot of the equipment at the World Cup for example. We don't have the luxury of a two day format, and need to get our business done in a day!

We booked our tickets today. we will land @ Luton on Friday morning, and we will come back home Sunday morning.
I remember there is a Snooker table in that hotel, although it is a strictly English kind of billiard, Sandro, Alessandro and I love it (Jimmy White's Snooker on Amiga is the reason!), we can arrange a tournament Friday or Sunday night there! between a night kick off tournament and the other one, of course!

I'm definitely coming. I've booked a non-refundable room Friday night, Holiday Inn Express HP3 9RH, £49 including breakfast.
(I nearly booked the Holiday Inn HP2 4UA on the other side of Hemel Hempstead by mistake...)

I'll come straight from work in Leeds on Friday, probably leaving 4/5/6pm, hopefully arrive 8/9pm, then drive back to Barnsley late Saturday evening. I'll bring my snooker cue.

I don't mind a detour of an hour or so to pick anyone up vaguely in between who needs a lift there and back, or to/from Luton airport, I'll be in a Skoda estate with no hardware other than a couple of joysticks and a couple of Cantonese meditation balls.
