So, we've got another vote for "Keep 'em all" ;)

so is no one interested in the keeper fix being an option between the two players like trapfix is as some kind of compromise?

Of course, I am. But my main stanse is that we either keep all bugs, or we remove all bugs.

This means we can't remove features though, we have to be sure thei're bugs, before removing. And if we remove 1 bug, we HAVE to remove them all.

There is no other reasonable solution.

Keep all bugs or remove all bugs....

Oops, I removed the "red carded players returning in the second half" bug. Should I put it back in along with many others?

Steve; sentiment still stands: You can't pick and choose your preferred bugs. That's not ethical. How on earth can you claim that, if that's what you do?

And yes, the bug you refer to is a terribly stupid one. About as stupid as the goalie running behind the line and through the net. Or as stupid as the corner being taken on the wrong side, by the wrong team. Or that the throw in's given to the other team. Etc. Etc.

We could go on, and on, and on, but the fact still remains:
There's been picking and choosing of preferred bug to remove, and preferred bugs to keep in.

Stating otherwise is either ignorant or decieptful. And that's not an ethical practice. Not where I come from.

c'mon mate, sarcasm isn't gonna do anyone any good, ofc the red card thing was good to remove, it was a glaring bug... i just don't understand why it was only some glaring bugs that were removed, i'd personally rather have them all fixed than none fixed, but somewhere in the middle, which some people like to exploit, isn't fair

Lee, as far as I can remember nobody else has had a problem with the keeper running behind the goal. Its just one of a load of crazy things fisher does. I've never felt the need to change his behaviour, especially when it affects the success of a shot going in the net.
You can of course already play with that option enabled in tournaments, just agree it with your opponent beforehand.

So can we agree that "keep them all" is not what we want?

Following that statement, Trapslides is also just one of a load of crazy things ko2-players does... Do we wanna go down this road?

Seriously, the Keeper-behind-the-line is a BUG. If discovered during testing it would've been removed. Ask Dino. He's said so himself. And anyone would agree it would've been removed.

You can't claim bug-removal on one thing, and claim "just one of a load of crazy things" on another, when at least the latter clearly is a bug.

I'm indifferent between "keep 'em all" and "kill 'em all". But there's no middle ground. It's either one or the other.

The only enhancement I'd go for is a=b and pbd-choice.

A=B because it removes the need for every round to be double-legged, so we can play more opponents.

Pbd-choice because it benefits both styles, without affection each other.

Besides that it's either bug-removal or not.

Don't do that Lee. We're in debate-mode.
