Quick question ,what does previous represent ? Is this is their previous ranking ?
It's blank for all but two players and I don't understand their values "-1".

previous ranking is representing the old position in the ranking before the last update. after the world cup, usually you see many positions to change in function of the fact that people gain and lose ranking points
