update: Last night I played the most ko2 since the World Cup in Milan in 2004. I have now mastered the lob and am moving onto blcs tonight.

My palms hurt and I may require a pain killing injection before the UKC just like Pacquiao requested before his match :)

Well... Tbh mate, you didn't play much during the WC in 2004 either... ;)

Sorry, it had to be done...

Yeah, that sucked, back then as soon as the trophy was put out of reach, the tournament was over for you. Sundays have been much more fun now that we keep playing on to decide the final positions.

Tonight, I return to my training regime. Hopefully I will have 2 full and extensive hours complete by the time the UKC starts on Saturday morning.

Any update, Danny? :D

Seriously now, I recommend consulting this amazing video by Dagh for your KO2 training:

Although it is supposedly aimed at beginners, even extremely experienced players can benefit from it. I know I have.

Updates are not progressing I'm afraid. I had planned to practice before the UKC and KonigsWinter but didn't. I now have two Amigas, 3 joysticks, 1 monitor and 11 tvs, Surely I have no excuses left !?

Next week Lee. I don't have proper broadband where I am this weekend !

Last night was a disaster won 1 game , lost 2 ! I cant even do headers properly. A header requires full commitment, hence I reluctant to do them. Must overcome this fear!

another hour spent playing today. Sometimes I am on fire but most of the time my play is poor. Won the World cup again (2-2 , then penalties) pity it's not the real world cup.
