After recent pitch calculus I can say that you scored from 58,27m!
But, about this accuracy I think that we must wait CV1.00 ...

Agreed - all the stats in this thread are currently based on a 1:10 ratio. I'll update these records as and when Camberman updates the great KO2CV with arguably more realistic figures

I thought this record would stand for some time but he's done it again!!!! Picked up an A500 off freecycle for Simon K recently and already he's re-writing the record books!!!! No bull....

Goal Distance - 78.3m!!!!!!! Surely not even the JamKing can improve on this ?

Trying out the new UKC Stadium pitch (Thank you Gianni!), what better time to break a new record...

Mr Evil's lobtastic shot from his own half...... 61.1 M !!! It was one of those goals recently discussed by Dagh and others where a nearby striker seems to put the keeper off.

Hey, just discovered this thread! I've got a piece of paper next to my Amiga, it reads r.curtis - 62.5m! Thats by far my personal best concerning distance, supposed to be a long pass out of my own half, but became a direct lob - no ground contact.

Welcome aboard, Mike. That goal of Simon's was scored quite a while ago when distances were calculated differently. Using today's method, that distance is actually the equivalent of 59.9M.

In otherwords, your personal best, is currently THE best! Anybody else I might have asked for pic or video evidence but we'll let it slide as your such a trustworthy guy.

I think the distance was similar, but I remember clearly that it has been a direct shot, without ground contact. The only working KO2 copy I have is from the UKCs '08, don't even know where it's from, probably a leftover from the Voitsberg WC. Anybody missing it?
