A newbie asks.... how to start

Hi to everyone,

I am new this and want an idiots guide to be able to:
Play KO2 and Player Manager and find out where to buy a good joystick. I used to love the Power Cruiser I had(remember them?), but zipstick is also ok(anything with microswitches)

This is all on a PC running windows 7

Please help as I miss the good old days

BB's right to point you in that direction. There's links on setting up KO2 on a PC as well as connecting joysticks. Essentially you need to install the Winuae emulator and the latest KO2CV .adf file and you're away. Joystick wise, you could ebay an old stick and use an adaptor or else buy a stick with usb connector. The initial set-up can be a bit tricky but it's always worth it...

Thanks very much for all your help. I would have replied earlier, but was playing KO2 All good. I am going to be getting a couple of joysticks on the go and relive the old days with a mate !

One last thing I was also massively addicated to Player Manager, have you an equally idiot proof way to get that too?

Great news! Glad you cracked the KO2. I'm not so sure about PM though as you may have seen by my post to that thread but hopefully one of the other guys can help.
