Re: Player Manager for iPhone
I guess this link would be more appropriate.
If I had a cent for every time Dino announced a new game in the past decade... In fact, doesn't Steve Screech still own the copyright of the Player Manager name?

Read my lips: vaporware.
Whatever happened to the infamous "petition for a new Dino Dini football game" he used to have? Perhaps it's still going on.

Re: Player Manager for iPhone
Dino mentions portability.. hopefully I`ll get ported to Android and maybe the Pandora
Re: Player Manager for iPhone
Having played the previously announced games by Dino, and seeing the projects cancelled each time, I can say that the other games really did exist, and were pretty damn far into development. They were definitely playable, and played a lot better than FIFA and PES did back then.
Publishers kept backing out due to not wanting to compete with EA, or because they were having financial difficulties, whereas we are now working with the iPhone, theres no publisher to get in our way.
We are doing this in our spare time with ZERO budget, the only reason that this game wouldn't be released would be if we chose not to release it, and I see absolutely no reason we would choose not to release it!
Porting to the android may be a possibility, as may be XBLA or PSN if we get the right demand, but first we are concentrating on the iPhone version, and Dino needs everyones support and encouragement, he needs to know there are still people out there wanting his games, since hes not exactly had the best luck with publishers in the past.
All I ask is that you leave a kind comment or "like" the blog article on facebook.
We haven't chosen a name for the new game, but it would be interesting if Steve Screech owned the Player Manager name, since last we heard it went down with Anco, if anyone can confirm it is owned by Steve Screech that would be great news.

You can always ask him yourself, he's on Facebook.
Good luck with the project. Unfortunately I do not own an iPhone, I have a Samsung OMNIA 2 Windows Mobile device.

We are using a mix of 2d and 3d.

More progress will be shown as we make it.
