Re: Joysticks
I butchered one of these!
Quickjoy Megastar JR SV-135
The stick had potential but was too stiff for my liking. Also harder to carry around and get through airports

Unfortunately it's not - Ways are definitely too long... Tried this modification and it makes things a lot better:
The important part is the update in the end, it shortens the way after the actuator hits the restrictor plate. I even tried the weird thing with the post it papers, but that didn't work for me. One of the four switches got stuck after switching so I removed all the papers again. Have not tried the thing with the (on a?) spring for I don't have one.
Overall I've not really an idea how that works together with Kick Off, still I'm gonna organize a proper case to give it a try.

Re: Joysticks
Love the case! I should try and build my own stick considering I go through the Greek stick at the rate of 1-2 per year (right now, I have one working and four duds).

He's very happy now, he was an orphan found broken on the garbage and now he's shiny and useful again
Re: Joysticks
got myself a competition pro for playing on the pc, but i find that only the left hand side fire button works, and as a left hander, that isnt ideal. is there anyway of setting it up so i can get the right hand side fire button working as well?
Re: Joysticks
You can rip it open and switch the microswitches so that the fire button is the one you like.
Of course this is the low tech answer, you can always rewire the thing which is not very difficult if you are willing to try and learn how to solder a bit.
