Steve, do you reckon you could add in a 'real time' option? By this I mean that the games will still be 5 minutes per half but it would be calculated to view the time IF the game was 90 minutes. Like in Sensible Soccer, you have a 3 minute game or whatever, but if you score, it says you scored in the 33rd minute or whatever.

Also could you make Auto Slides switchable so people who want em can have em and vice versa?

One other thing which I was talking about to Gaz and Si earlier...would it be possible to program certain routines into the game to form the basis for training? eg: You program the computer to do a particular corner routine...which then resets if the opposition touches the ball.
Same would go for different corner routines...would give us ample opportunity to try and defend them.

Confused by this one. Would I be choosing for my players to be sliding or yours? I suspect that you're thinking people that want them would want their own players to be sliding? What sort of nutter would choose to play a game where their own players slide but their opponents don't? That would be a major disadvantage.

What Bob said!

The clock change would be simple... although you would have a "Sensible clock" instead of a "Kick Off" clock. Is that what you want?

For the training option, a WinUAE state save is probably the best option for now. That won't be coming to an amiga near you for a long time.

This is probably a bit of a long shot too but on a related theme... how do-able is it to 'teach' the cpu some moves, say a kick off routine or a corner/goal kick routine so that it becomes part of its gameplay ? Could you somehow incorporate a move using data from a replay file say ? This could provide some excellent defensive practice as well vary the the cpu's gameplay considerably!

KO2 PC is what you need, all this sort of stuff would be a breeze.

I'm pretty sure KO2 already included reduced game speeds, and KO2CV tweaked them further. Check out the thread below and version 0.90 in particular...
