Thanks again Steve - appreciate the further info.

Got a training mode suggestion to make myself. Its actually just an extenstion of the 'free kick mode' and a simplied version of Hadyn's 're-live' suggestion a while back - how possible is it to take play back to the last kick off/free-kick/corner/throw-in or even goal kick at the press of a key(s) ?

This would not only allow for variations on attacking moves to be explored but it would also allow for defensive practice of existing routines too! Be useful for a 2p training mode imho.

What Garry said. Actually, let's rather just get on with KO2PC! Our options would be limitless :-)

Suggestion:

Count the number of goal kicks in the game stats.

Motivation:

It's interesting to see if you have a tendency to whack it behind the goal line instead of beautifully to your forward.

Suggestion:

Disable trapping.

Motivation:

Similar to the suggestions about disabling lobs, shots etc.

Nice suggestions!

(nice because they are easy to do )

i havent noticed this suggestion before but i saw in on a danish ko2 site....
let the booked players have yellow hair or something else to make it possible to avoid red cards on deliberate fouls.
Played 8 World Cups
2001:10th(out of 30), 2002:19th(26), 2006:21st(50), 2008:25th(41), 2009:10th(34), 2010: 11th(46), 2014: 11th(26) 2015 8th(38).

It has been mentioned to tag carded players somehow. I was thinking of maybe using a different style line under the player.

Like the other suggestions too but just thought of this... how about recording the possession of individual players within a team ? Not sure how hard or how to display this information but it might be interesting to highlight any patterns of gameplay?

It has been suggested before but I think we all forgot about it: how about an option to cancel a substitution if you accidentally press F4 or F5?

That's a good one. Not as straightforward as it sounds, but definitely possible.

Is it possible, for Amiga's with hard drives installed, to record the full game or 'moments' from the game. For instance, if you tap a key for a replay, it will save that replay?

Could there be a percentage of how long the ball has been in different zones?

In theory it's possible. I expect there's a low target audience for this however. I do have an amiga with a HD, so dont give up hope!

Yes, that would be a good figure to see. Simple enough to implement.

I disagree! Although few people have a hard disk equipped Amiga, many can benefit from such a feature. All they need is one hard disk per city-tournament. And maybe we'll finally have that damn internally recorded match in the world cup.
