I think about the trip at the moment. It looks like I go by car. It's only about 10-12 hours. If I fixed my plans I will tell you.

Unfortunately Nick seems to be unable to attend. This is quite a cooler, since it pretty much eliminates the chance that his 3 KO2 buddies (Henrik, Niki, Claus) will attend as well. I would really like a big Danish delegation to come to Lund, but it seems like a bit of an uphill battle at the moment (but we shall fight on to draft soldiers... we shall never surrender!). Jonas and Finn are undecided so far. Then there are a few other prospects who can't be ruled out yet. I have also made a bit of detective work to hunt other possible attendees down, but so far there has been limited luck. I think it may be time to apply spread hail instead. The thing is, this tournament in Lund is such a good opportunity for any as of yet undisclosed Kick Offers in Denmark to jump in and enjoy the craziness of KOA life. There is the guarantee of an international atmosphere since the tournament takes place abroad, but still, the tournament is pretty much only a walk down the road away.

John and Jacob (and other Swedes), how are your plans for Friday? If people are coalescing around Lund come Saturday, we might consider also doing some KO2 or other stuff on Friday (or maybe Sunday) and get the most out of the get-together!? I mean, this must also be seen as warm-up to the WC, which should mean a need for a lot of practice for the joystick/beer-drinking arm. One possibility is partying in Copenhagen (aka the Latin part of Scandinavia) on Friday, with maybe a bit of KO2 thrown in at my flat. This may also fit well with a German raid on Scandinavia.

That was very bad news, Dagh. If Jonas and Finn cancel as well, this would (likely) turn out as a very small tournament. Best of luck making Nick change his mind, seems like that is the key...

Nick is apparently going to a 30 year birthday of one of his mates.... chances are high that this means that his ko2 buddies also are occupied by these festivities.... if not then i really hope they make an effort to come despite Nick not being there.

Dagh, do you have any possible prospects that might turn up? Can you PM me Nicks cell number?

Togge. have you contacted Magnus and the other possible contestants....what about Mattias, will he come down from Stockholm?

I'm taking a month off work, I need a blast and do silly things; I was explaining this to Dagh the other night on the koa chat. So he said: come to Lund. The idea wasn't bad at all. I'm also happy to see you all speak french fluently, I won't have to make the effort to learn your languages ^^ .

Oh dear, this will make one of the two groups (danish/swedish) very dissapointed. We take no danish prisoners if Sweden wont win. Hmm..better add this
