Correct. The KO2 executable has been slowly growing, spilling into a convenient area of the floppy directly after the executable. That small space is now full, so the whole file layout is being uprooted and made flexible.. and the end result after all this hard work will be a KO2CV which looks identical to how it does now!

The floppy is only about 66% full. Plenty of room for more fun to go in.
I haven't yet checked how much memory is left available in a 512K A500 though.

That doesn`t sound alot.. but I reckon thats massive amounts in what you need eh Steve ?

It's a vast ocean of space, about the size of free memory in a Commodore64 and Spectrum 48K put together.

All the KO2CV work so far has amounted to about 30k (of blood and sweat), so there's a long way to go
