I've added something I've always wanted to see:

When you get to the team list, just press Delete/Backspace and you can then type in a name for your team for that match.

Your name then appears during the game when you score a goal, or change formation, and also on the full time scoreboard.

Steve, if only your KO2 knowledge was half your disassembling skills... Gianluca would have been a distant second in the rankings. :)

I've not tested this on a real Amiga (only WinUAE), as mine is all packed away at the moment.
Shift keys seem to be a bit unpredictable, so I have tried to make CTRL+Amiga keys act as shift keys too.

Any feedback welcome!
