KO2CV - 0.77

KO2CV077.zip

8 Formations accessible during the game.

1 = 4-2-4
2 = 4-3-3
3 = 4-4-2
4 = 5-3-2
CTRL+1 = balanced
CTRL+2 = blitz
CTRL+3 = falcon
CTRL+4 = lockout

The A600 alternative keys now work again, 6,7,8,9 for formations, and 0 for PBD.

I dont have a real amiga set up to test this one out, but it seems ok on WinUAE on my (half dead) PC.

Also.. I've had a go at making the other shift keys available for use, so instead of both players fighting over the CTRL key, the AMIGA and SHIFT keys might possibly work! Hard to tell under my WinUAE setup.

Sorry, I only had a short amount of time to get the changes in!

Somehow we will have to survive with a mildly buggy slowmo button for now.
