KOA and intellectual properties

These pages have been redesigned from the original php pages to the html pages based on a template from an old KOA member. The archive of all changes/content are in safe place and two persons have the archive.

All pages have been redesigned competely from the original php pages including layout and graphics. The changes have been done by the webmasters and as far as I am concerned, there are only two people with access to this webserver.

For someone to claim that the specific pages are his/her intelectual property considering that most of them include work of KOA users like Abyss, Thowra, Filippodb, Alkis21, Danne, ThomasV and myself, and threatening to take legal actions is far from ironic. If someone believes that his content/work has been misused, I want him/her to point me SPECIFICALLY to what he/she has done and content will be removed. By saying though that the work of other people belongs to him/her is something that will force me upon restricting access to this site.

I notice how you describe yourself as "THE admin", how appropriate. The content is mine, the photos, the html , the text. By adding a background image,css or a template doesn't mean it's yours. Delete my content as I requested. If you fail to do this I will take whatever means are necessary.

By saying though that the work of other people belongs to him/her is something that will force me upon restricting access to this site.

Is this some sort of new rule and threat all combined into one ? You now want to ban my ip range from this forum ?

I have both the php and html pages so people can make a comparisson. I didn't add just css, I changed the whole page based on a html template. If any text or pics are yours, let me know which one are yours (something that I know already but expect you to let me know) and I will remove them. But be careful not to say that the work of others is yours.

                                                Alkis Polyrakis for developing
                                                and maintaining the rankings.
                                                Here are the systems prnciples /
                                                rules:<br>
                                                1) Each new player enters the
                                                list with 1000 ranking points<br>
                                                2) The more games someone plays,
                                                the more we know about them<br>
                                                3) Extra points should not be 'created'
                                                just because people play more
                                                games <br>
                                                4) Every game involves gain by
                                                one player, loss by another<br>
                                                5) Ranking difference should
                                                multiply/divide the effect of
                                                the result<br>
                                                6) It should require continual
                                                effort to maintain your good/bad
                                                points, otherwise you drift 7ack
                                                to 1000<br>
                                                8) Every month, the differential
                                                with 1000 should be reduced by
                                                1%<br>
                                                9) Total points will therefore
                                                always be Players/1000 - no new
                                                points are 'created'<br>
                                                10) In KO Team A is stronger
                                                than Team B. In the first KOA
                                                World Cup, held in Dartford,
                                                Team A won 70 games and Team B
                                                55, therefore 70/55 = 1.27. Thus
                                                wins with Team B should receive
                                                27% more points.</div>

Explain what you mean by "mine". You created some text for a community webpage.
Since then it has been revised / changed many times. It belongs to the community
not to any single person.

Also, please point me to your licence and copyright notice. Since your claim the content

The more I look into the pages the more I want to publish the old site so that people can see what I am talking here. I was looking to the Dartford text. This was written by me since there was no text before. Danny, are you saying that our work is yours?

Logos from the credits page came from various sites. You didn't design them. Some of them ARE COPYRIGHTED WORK FROM MY COMPANY's WEBSITE that I got permission from my boss in using it. Just visit http://www.marketsite.gr. Do you want to sue you Danny for claiming that real copyrighted material is yours?
