I remember it well...

First Match was Vs Fillipo, we were on ICQ in #koanet with Fabio and I was doing IRC commentary

It was fun but dead slow as I was on 56k dialup

Played a few matches with Fabio and then created the first koanet.co.uk site (Fillipo had his on up and running already)

I then decided to create a league version of the site with Fillipo's input and then it all just took off from there I guess.

Fillipo and Fabio created the koanet.

I think my next matches were vs Ely

Then I have played Pete, Pee, Stainy since then

And I think thats it which is a bit sad really

Spent most of the time trying to configure WinUAE.

Nearest goal in the game was a penalty when my #5 did an autoslide in the box. He put it wide though

I remember so well the very first days of Koanet, our games and live commentary on IRC; it's been so cool :lol:

So, we are going to celebrate the first KOANET birthday. It was founded exactly one year ago (12/2002).
