Converting ADF images to floppy disk

Hello everyone,
I've just downloaded the KO2 CV v1.32 used in the last World Cup 2022 Athens.
As adf image, I can use it with emulator (WinUAE) but...I would like to convert it to a Amiga floppy disk in order to play the game directly on my A500. I know there's a method to convert an .adf image to a floppy disk. I found a tutorial much time ago but I lost it too ...and now I don't remember anything. Do you know the magic ?
Any comments (or links to any tutorials) will be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

For the last 20 years I've used something like this:

But I expect there are other, newer solutions to consider and if you only have an a500 available that reduces your options.

I just own an A500 1Mb RAM so the PCMCIA solution does not work for me but, on the same website, I've found this link:

yes, I live in Trieste, you're very kind but I want to solve this by myself because, probably, I think I'll need to convert some other ADF images to floppy disk and I cannot ask people to help me every time.
it looks like there are other several methods than the PCMCIA solution used for Amiga 600/1200: one uses the Gotek hardware, another uses a null-modem cable to connect an Amiga to a PC with Amiga Explorer software (by Cloanto). moreover, there's the method provided on the website pointed out by Steve.
I've to go deep into all of this (luckily I've the time to do this now), I'm out of business from long time and I need time to recall everything from the past. if I solve this, I'll publish a tutorial for those who have the same problem with A500.

You are welcome! good luck with that task, not easy.
Several years ago, before to have an A1200 I remember I used such kind of tutorial to connect amiga and pc via serial then I was able to send adf to amiga and write directly on amiga floppy.
Now days I use the powerful tool known: the kryoflux: it is an usb controller interface that allow you to connect amiga drive directly to PC. it is so strong that it is able to even copy amiga protected floppy. and this is just a part of what this controller can do.
