The Cup

Played The Cup tonight.
Played all matches. Won all, scores ranging from 4-0 to 8-1. The worst one was 4-3, the winner coming on a penalty in the final second...

Oh, and I played all matches nopbd, Autofix ON, Trapfix OFF.

I tried playing a bit with Autofix OFF, but quickly put it back ON when one of my players was Autosliding on my 5 yard-line...

which team did you play with? which were your opponents?

2001:10th(out of 30), 2002:19th(26), 2006:21st(50), 2008:25th(41), 2009:10th(34), 2010: 11th(46), 2014: 11th(26) 2015 8th(38).

Btw I stumbled over this adapter cable to use your pc pac-man stick on the amiga, no delaying chips just rewired I think.

i bought one... did nothing, opened it up n the points that were wired weren't even the right points, ended up manually rewiring the joystick

First round I was Germany, then Italy, Sweden and England.
Second round I played as Germany and England.
Final I was Germany. Poor England lost 8-1 in the final...

Oooh! This simple plug, if working, will provide me with 4 extra amiga-sticks (3 cms-sticks and one Pac-Man).

I might start some cup games tonight. Probably with random pitches, definitely with Autoslides. Playing the 68000 without Autoslides means no free kicks, and I like free kicks a lot!

Just tried a game with wind. Light wind doesn't make much impact I think. Though, it's a pisser on occasions... Gonna try medium laters.
