Quiz of the day

Postby dnielsen » Fri Mar 13, 2009 4:53 pm

Who wrote this?

When you study martial arts, the building blocks are certain moves and techniques that have names, and you learn in order, from the easiest through to the hardest. At each level you have to show proficiency in these techniques to achieve a grading. But when you get to Dan grade (black belt) all of these preset approaches blur into each other and you start to fight in a freeform/freestyle way where you don't go into a fighting situation with any particular plan but you adapt to the evolving situation.

I think KO2 is exactly like this.

Bonus points for getting the year right.
