I first saw the scanner-only mode during a friendly game with Wonka in Stoke. Somehow it had switched itself on so I knew it was in there somewhere!

I don't know what's going to appear in 0.94. Schedules and milestones are something I much prefer to leave in the workplace ;)

The high speed scanner is used in Player Manager: in the beginning of the match, you can choose 3 ways: "Result only"/"Normal"/"Fast". If you choose "Fast" you see the match in the high speed scanner mode.
Steve, a really big thank you for your WORK! :)

Camber, you are a demi-god at the very least! Haven't tried out the new options yet, next time I play Tobi we'll turn off the autoslides. I have tried the free kick mode, but it's a little complicated. I did manage to get a good position and took one free kick and then probably I should have waited to have possession again, instead the cpu goalie lined up for the free kick and then buggered off back into his goal, a real show stopper. I hope you'll come up with another workaround which will simplify this.

Camber, as I only have v0.85 at the moment, so cannot see if you have fixed the stats problem since then....

I experience that when either team hits the crossbar and it hits it more than once in the same shot (like going through the crossbar almost) the stats register as more than one crossbar hit (same goes for the post).

I scored a goal, lobbed the keeper from way out (vs Alkis BTW!) and it crept in off the crossbar... registed as a "10" on the stats.

Other times, sometimes not even goals, has registered as 8, and 11 hits respectively.

Just thought I'd let you know. (at other times it is perfectly ok)

Shows how much I know about PM

This is simply a count of how many times the sound effect is triggered. I'll have to put some sort of timeout feature in to make these multiple hits count as one.

Cheers thought it would be something like that.

I'm a big fan of the Offside rule myself especially when people start playing blitz and falcon tactics.

OHKs are cool too. If people havent played final whistle then they should

I loved overhead kicks! That would add another level of skill to the game .. although it was too easy to mess up a simple routine backward header....

Thank you for that great version, Steve. It made me want to play Kick Off again for the first time since the world cup!

I found a bug, though. When you choose to enable the "human team not faster than CPU team" option, PB Dribble ceases to work! You can still turn the PBD caption under your score on and off, but your players never have PBD inside and around the box.

Does this mean that Camber has finally fixed the PBD bug?

PBD still works, but as the players are now running slower while still kicking the ball just as hard as before, the ball doesn't get so stuck under the feet as before... and you can't leave the ball behind! It's all in the maths.

This is very interesting. Does this mean that the "ball left behind" effect is partly a result of the speed boost attributed to human teams?

Yeah I think your onto something here... the speed boost was added later on to help the human player. I remember Dino telling me this on his IRC channel one time.. :)

So PBC is a by-product!! much like

Ashpalt
Sawdust
Slag ( from ore refinning )
Sludge and Manure!
