I'm sure we'd all agree that the KOA is extremely fortunate to have someone like SteveC doing what he does and inviting us all to make suggestions to wishlists etc etc. This, however, puts Steve in a tricky position because its obviously impossible to keep everyone happy as not every wish can come true! Surely though this is a small price to pay for the very obvious gains Steve's significant contributions bring to the KOA as a whole. That's how I look at it, anyway!

What I mean is, I'd be all for this project if the possibility of a PM/KO2 hybrid was zero. But considering that Steve already works on the KOCV now and then and has limited time, I'm just pointing out what I would prefer his priorities to be. I would be as excited as all of you about this project if PMCV was canceled (or finished :) ).

I am currently having fun working on KO2PC. This will develop at a far faster pace than KO2CV has done as it is technically a lot simpler in comparison and a team can be involved in its development. When it's nicely up and running, I can turn my attention back to working solo on PM, KO2CV and anything else that comes along!

What are you doing "currently"? Investigating the interface between WinUAE and the actual Amiga code?

Where are our priorities?

Steve, you are not only the lead programmer, you are also the project manager. Get to work! Tell us what to do!

I have switched from WinUAE to Winfellow which seems to be nicer to work with. Currently I am modifying the source to provide hooks into the amiga game as it runs, so when it hits a particular function the PC can trigger it's own version of the function.
Also, Jesper is kindly digging out his replay viewer source, which I should be able to quickly drop in to provide a starting point for the new display system.

There's nothing to do yet so relax ;)

Will you ever consider preparing it for Online gaming?

I have to admit that it is the one thing I am looking for. KickOff 2-game(or related) and online possibility.

I have seen Swos fansites with online posibility, and I was hoping that a KO2 game would have that possibility aswell (and better than the sega or what it was Dino Dini Soccer version)
