Thanks for that, Steve, which will give plenty of scope for further player/match information.

As you say, calculating the figures is the trickly part. How difficult do you think it will be to calculate figures for goals, shots, keeper saves, and possibly assists ?

goals : easy
shots : hmm, hard part is defining "a shot"
keeper saves : easy
assists : not hard

Great, look forward to seeing the player data for assists, goals and saves. ( I know - you've probably got a shopping list of code changes ahead of this one!)

Shots although trickly to define would be valuable information to include so I'd suggest as very loose definition (so easier to calculate?) say:

off-target shot = ball goes out for goal kick (by attacking player who touched it last)

on-target shot = keeper saves/deflects ball (from "" "" """""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""")

I know you'd probably end up with the some dubious "shots' but it'd be good addition to have the shot figures both for the player data and game statistics.

   Sorry guys!! Don't take me the wrong way -I'm just new to this forum and I'm getting carried away (too much KO2 to get out of my system!!) It'll wear off, one day? Besides, I fully realise that any suggestions I make will take their place in the queue..

Thinking about it, I'm getting this all in before the world cup when you probably won't see me for a month
