mmm... IMO we can have the lenght of the Kickoff2 pitch using the standard lenghts on the pitch: penalty box height.
the penalty box height is 16 meters
Another standard lenght is the distance between the center of the door line and the penalty disk: 11 meters.
I say this, because i don't know if Dino used the standard lenght to draw his pitch.

This must be possible to calculate.
We know that the penalty-box is 16 meters long.

I just put a ruler on a KO2-screenshot of the scanner: :D
0,9 cm (p-box) = 16 meters
then 5,5 cm (whole pitch) would result in 97,7 meters (maybe 100 meters with more proper measurement).

Btw.: Statistics rule! 8)

edit: Bingo, Torchiador :)

God damnit!! I edited it with the metres but forgot to edit the `yards` :(

On another note... I get an odd 1% missing in the percentage stats!! weird... must be some rounding up error/prob :)

OK how many metres long is an average football pitch?!

On the KO2 pitch 10 pixels = 1 meter if I remember correctly.

Indeed a very good job Steve. Torchiador has already played on Amiga and it said to me that is fantastic :!:

You think that could be a good idea also to stop the screen at the end of the first and second time to see statistics, and continue as usual simply pressing a button of the joystick?

The distance from goal calculation seems to be off from time to time.. I can't work out why though. Some lobs from kick off are around the 1400 mark which I guess is correct.. but sometimes only 200.

Also, how do you work out which post has been hit? I can't be certain but it seemed as though the computer got a post hit when I hit the post after the ball came off the keeper? Is it calculated on who touched the ball last? I might be wrong about this though.
