UK Champs ADF release

Here is an ADF of the Competition Version 0.6 to be used at the UK championships, everyone please feel free to test it out.

Features:
    Team A has no advantage
    PBD can be selected by both players at any time
    Default options are set at startup (except international teams ;))
    No boot disk is required

I just tested it on WinUAE. It works fine with both A500 and A1200 configurations. Well done!
The only 'problem' I found is that it says Version 0.53 instead of 0.6 in the startup screen. :)
If my girlfriend ever stops playing Skweek, I'll try it on my real Amiga as well.
