Lord Camber,

Is it possible when playing an International League, to be able to select which team you want?

For example, England get the "Division 1 Team", R.Shaw, A.Nicholls, L.R.Lindsay et al ....

it would be helpful if we could choose to play as the actual "International Team", the same ones as Team A/B ... M.M.Barrett, R.Barber, R.Cox etc

Is this possible please?
I think it would help in practicing ... playing single games of A/B vs CPU can get boring ... but if you can play the Amiga teams in a league it would be awesome... more exciting!!

(Maybe even have an option to choose the Amiga Team as squad from "Team B"?)

Is this possible??

Cheers,
Sid

How about we bump up the stats of the national teams? You could find yourself in a league with Troiano strength teams, and Polyrakis and even Beard ffs.

Thats an idea too...

I was thinking for "normal" practice, it would be great to get more familiar with Team A vs Team B, in a league format, vs the computer.

Then another thing.
Can we not make the actual league table, and select number of teams etc WITHIN Kick Off, instead of having an external league/fixture generator???

Would be THE complete package, homeboy! 8)

Been playing a bit again, using balanced. Have to sub Barrett first though. Can we not have 'autosub' before kick offs, as it saves a bit of time and hassle.
Something like, hit sub button and get question:
'Barrett?' and then scroll through names if not subbing him? and then Hey presto! instant swap...

Good news, mate! :D

Related to subs, its it possible to do a double substition during a match and so reduce the interruptions?

Nice thinking!

How about... you press the F-key to request a sub. When it's time to choose the guy to go off, instead of cycling through your team to find the guy, just hit the B key and Barratt instantly disappears and is replaced with your chosen sub.

Can we have the star trek beam me up sound effect when this happens?

Please note: Subs are a good time-waster so it should only happen when someone wants to sub pre-kick off

But what about the people who like (need) time-wasting tactics...

Not sure if the clock currently ticks down when the sub is in progress.. Anyone can check this, just press P during the substitution, go along to about the 3rd pause menu and check the game clock there.
