nothing worng at all mate, i appreciate you talking it through step by step, just i am a complete novice seting it up

1) Download this configuration ( so i right click on the configuration link yes?)
2) Copy it in the 'Configurations' folder ( where is this located?)
3) Run WinUAE
4) Go to the Configurations menu and load A500T (i imagine this is by the config folder?)
5) Go to the ROM menu and locate your Main ROM file (you do have one of those, don't you?) not sure about this is this somthing i have to download seperately?
6) Go to the Game Ports menu and select your joystick in Port 1
7) Return to the Configurations menu and click on Save
Go to the Floppy drives menu and "insert" the Kick Off 2 ADF in DF0:
9) Click on Start

Yes, right click and save, maybe directly to your configurations folder.

A quick google brings up this.. LINK EDITED - QUITE ILLEGAL TO DOWNLOAD AS THIS IS STILL COPYRIGHTED AND SOLD
Download, unzip and place kick.rom into C:\Program Files\WinUAE\Roms

thank you for your replies guys im neraly there, i am now faced with a screen with this? i cannot get off this screen, what have i done wrong?

Definite progress! Have you got the KO2/KO2CV .adf file loaded into your floppy drive? Press F12 to check.

nothing happens when i press f12, nearly there

update - i am now on the kick off 2 main menu screen, noticed i cannot navigate the menus, does it work best via a joystick? id much rather a game pad tbh.. is this the reason why i cannot select any option.. thanks again

all ready and raring to go now, thanks everyone for their patience, i will have to buy a game pad as the mouse pad is a nightmare...

Update: VERY nearly there now!

You need to change the gameport settings again via F12. I've used gamepads which although not recommended should work (joysticks are better imo).
