Hoi Gunther, props to you and your mates for founding and building the KOA (that's goes for the other community members as well), the guide by Alkis has been very helpfull. I'm from Amersfoort and am a little disappointed to find that there aren't any more players from my home town, but hey internet is a beautiful thing. I started "training" but I need a proper Arcade joystick as soon as possible(don't bother, allready found the joystick thread) for the obvious reason that I don't want to get used to
playing with a modern joypad, but also for the very practical reason that it doesn't provide sufficient grip for KO's vicious gameplay, the first time i find that a dual shock controller won't do .

Amersfoort! That is were I had to do that strange train change when going from Amsterdam to Groningen in 2003.
The first problem was to understand that sound stain that later was decoded to "Amersfoort". And later, I do not understand yet very well why I had to run and go to a different car of the same train when we arrived to that city . Thanks God I found a lovely lady going to Groningen too, and I could follow her all the way.

You had to move probably because the train got split in two sections at a later stage, each with it's own destiny, one part travelling to Groningen and the other part to who knows where. Fortunally I never had to travel from Amsterdam to Groningen by train . I've been training with the devotion of a monk, I'm opperation the small stick on my control pad now by holding it between my thumb and index finger, it's better allready . Come monday I hope the mailman rings my door, delivering a all new, shiny blue transparent Competition pro stick.
