Throw-in Beta v0.03

Postby TheFoxSoft » Fri Apr 02, 2004 5:12 pm

Beta v0.03 is going to be released during the next week (maybe?)
I have to do some further keeper tweaks, adjust Oracle ball control, set shooting area limit and some more testing.

In the next Beta there will be general gameplay adjustments.

-more friendly ball control (maybe it's the last version?)
-better headers and headers collisions
-keeper major update (now it saves long shots)
-keeper is about to be completed
(however it suffers 3 bugs: Total Soccer syndrome (with weak shots) , too much reactive with 1 vs 1, when he goes out he doesn't place in a good position
-directionable goal kicks
-tactic update
-KO2 sounds
-Auto-zoom mode rewrited
-Scrolling is more smooth
-Passing update

If everything will be ok i can finally go on with the gameplay feature (players collisions, slides....ecc,ecc) and fix other bugs.
But this version will have the skeleton which moves the game.
I really hope it will be a success...

Done:
-Oracle control updated
-Options menu rewrited
-Keeper ready for the beta

To do before the release:
-Update the keeper in the down pitch
-Record KO2 woodwork sound

I played the previous beta and i can say that now the game is a lot better!
stay tuned...

keeper is not ready, sometimes he goes inside the net or he goes out without reasons....but i think i will leave it as it is because there are many people who are waiting for the beta. :)
I need 2-3 days

excellent!
Do you know Throw-in runs at many speeds:
You can select 100%,75%,50%,25%....
i bet you will play at half speed!

I added 2 keepers level.
Many people cannot score without a joystick, so an easier keeper could be nice.

not yet.
If you are not in the betatester list and you want to give it a try you have to give me your email and i will send you the last beta.
I think tomorrow will be ready.
