Original KOA logo anyone ?

Anyone have the original psd of the logo below ? The above is embedded in a big horizontal box and not suitable for my needs

I'm sure this has been asked before, although I can't remember the outcome. Was it created by one of our website founders?

Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing that also, Mr Dig and company. This may be a hard to source. Might have to improvise.
