Awesome Player Names

Just wanted to note any great names that are thrown up by Player Manager.

I once had a L.Ritchie that I bought for 666k. There is also a J.Knight (Jedi Knight) in my Newcastle team.

If you asked me the 'Holy Grail' name I'm looking for, it would be O.J.Simpson, which is a possible PM name.

Also, I have found that certain names have a 'pedigree':

Collins, Fairweather, Longhurst, Stanley, Robinson

In my 1000k teams, these names occur often in my top players. Has anyone else noticed this? I wondered if it was a quirk in the random generation routine.

Here I present you the most strange name I ever encountered in PM:
B.A.D. WEST (!!!)

That's excellent. B.A.D.West - you could also get a F.West if you were lucky. Fred West was a mass murderer in the UK who killed lots of people round Gloucester (although no Beards).

On the subject of villians, we've also had a M.Chapman, who was the guy who shot John Lennon.

Had an M.Williams I think, but he was pants.

As for faves, if the player is fantastic but has a poor name I wont buy him!

As probably all of you do, as soon as PM is set up I go through and get rid of unwanted players, first thing is the name and then the skills : )

Elliott's always seemed to make good Central Mids and Collins where always good Full backs.

Stamina: 200 (for being a Greek paratrooper)
Agility: 200 (for the same reason)
Pace: 200 (I'm realy fast!)
Resilience: 200 (No pain)
Aggression: 100 (I'm peaceful unless provoced)
Passing: 0 (No way you get that ball!)
Shooting: 170 (My right foot is a killer)
Tackling: 170 (My left foot is a killer)
Keeping: 0 (I can't keep things)
Last but not least: Morale: Extra Super Confidence!
