HELP: Why is the pointer behind the icons????

Running PM using winuae, the footy pointer is always behind everything I need to click on, rather than in front of them ? :? It disappears completely behind the football pitch on the tactics screen!

Any ideas ? Is it something to do with the winuae the settings ? The .adf file ? (downloaded from the KOG site)

PS I'm using all the usual settings that I use for KO2.

Thx...

I have an idea! I`ll let you know what it is when I get back home.. I`m going to need to look at the Winuae interface to be sure!

Ok downloaded it at work

Check the cpu and fpu screen and make sure
68000 is selected and Match A500 speed.

On Chipset make sure
You have OCS, Full collesion level set

Think that should be it... the other stuff won`t affect anything graphically

Thanks for the help Stainy but sadly I get the same results - I can only see the pointer when its against the black background colour - it's hidden by everything else ? :?

What's your configuration? Are you using Kickstart 1.3?

kick13.rom
68000
match a500 speed
full ecs
full collision level
full sound emulation
chip memory 2mb

Btw I was unable to save to a disk nor save a state using your excellent clone program, so thought I'd set up a separate PM game. Then this happened!

This is weird... but if it works, leave it alone. :)
In the future, check out my recommended configurations in my web page.

Hmmmm thats not right !! I would expect that to break sooner or later!

3.1 ain`t good!! especially for your A500`ish setup

Darren is right. I don't see why Player Manager shouldn't work with one of the first two configurations in my web page. I suggest you try them.

I noticed that you have 2MB of Chip Ram. Using more RAM than you need to run a single game is not recommended in Amiga Emulation.
